We understand that sometimes things don't go quite right. So, if you have a problem with quality, we will gladly replace your item within 5 days or issue you a store credit for 30 days. The only exception to this policy is fresh florals and floral arrangements, those are not returnable or refundable due to the high propensity for spoilage.
